Lee Edward Sagerson
March2, 1975 – October 23, 2024
Lee Sager(son) passed away at age 49 on October 23, 2024, in the presence of his loving family.
Lee was born on March 2, 1975, to Ronald and Frances Sagerson, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He was welcomed into the family by his three older siblings, brother, Steve, and sisters, Erin and Ann.
The family eventually moved and settled in Keller, TX, where the family expanded to include stepfather, Scott Curtis, and two more sisters, Ashley and Casey.
Lee graduated from Keller High School in 1993, attended one year of college at USC, and then was accepted into West Point Military Academy. He graduated from West Point in 1998, became a helicopter pilot, and served with the 82nd Airborne division. Due to an injury, Lee was medically retired from the military in 2003.
Lee lived a colorful life. He deeply loved music. He appreciated the music of others, but he also loved to write and perform his own. He was a gregarious and hilarious person. I think when people think of Lee, they think about his incredible sense of humor. Nobody could tell a story like Lee, and nobody could make you laugh like Lee. Lee's big and witty personality is what his friends and family loved most about him.
Lee is survived by his mother, Frances Curtis; his siblings, Steve (and wife, Eve), Erin, Ann, Ashley (and husband, Daniel), and Casey; his niece, Annabel; his nephews, Braden and Cade; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Lee will be forever loved and missed.
